Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or public administration required.
• Minimum five years of full-time professional accounting experience, including two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, assigns, supervises and evaluates the work of professional, technical and office staff.
• Oversees selection, training, professional development and discipline of staff.
• Directs goals, policies, procedures and work standards for the division.
• Directs preparation and administration of the department budget and grants.
• Gathers and analyzes information regarding revenue operations.
• Directs development and reporting of performance measures and operational plans.
• Oversees collections of receivables and related financial processes.
• Maintains accurate records, files and prepares written correspondence.
