Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in purchasing, accounts payable and payroll functions.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• General knowledge of administration, budgeting and purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual budget input and presentations.
• Provide fiscal support for timesheets, coding and allocations.
• Reconcile monthly expenses and prepare reports for leadership.
• Oversee purchasing, invoicing, and accounts payable processes.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and prepare bid quotes as needed.
