Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or operations.
• Experience in professional services or law firm environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll.
• Experience supporting HR and office operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll review.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Oversee HR onboarding, benefits, payroll processing, and records.
• Oversee office operations, facilities, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate with outsourced IT and system upgrades.
