Job summary

Bank of America in New Jersey seeks a client-focused financial advisor to provide comprehensive guidance and customized solutions. You will triage leads, build financial plans with brokerage products, and refer clients to partners based on asset thresholds and goals.

Required licenses include Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65 with plan to complete 66). Minimum one year in investments and in financial services or sales with goals met. In-office East Windsor NJ, with benefits and incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses (63/65 acceptable with plan to complete missing series within 60 days).
• 1 year in investments or financial services with sales experience meeting goals.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, regulated environment with regulatory due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Triages client leads and refers to business partners based on needs and assets.
• Builds financial plans using brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities).
• Advises on banking and investments aligned with client goals.
• Mitigates risk and engages potential new clients through referrals.
