Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients. You will triage leads, refer to partners, review goals with clients, build plans, and recommend brokerage products, while completing required licenses and trainings.

The role involves residential mortgage loan knowledge with SAFE Act registration, plus meeting regulatory due diligence in daily activities. Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Hold Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63 and 65 in lieu of 66)
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry
• Experience in financial services or sales with meeting/exceeding goals
• Ability to build and nurture relationships
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to train and obtain required licenses
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and assets
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or branch clientele
• Provide coaching to referral partners on client needs and services
