Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients.
• Proven customer service skills with end-to-end experience and problem resolution.
• Proven sales track record.
• Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• Experience with outbound phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend services that align with priorities.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management and conducts follow-up routines.
• Makes decisions on client requests and referrals to internal partners based on client needs.
• Partners with center leaders and managers to provide guidance and coaching to associates during meetings.
