Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63/65 in lieu) and investment industry knowledge.
• Experience in financial services or sales with goals.
• Ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
• Strong regulatory diligence and adherence to compliance requirements.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals and build financial plans with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to appropriate internal partners based on assets.
• Mitigates risk as part of day-to-day activities.
• Identifies new clients through referrals or existing center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
