Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems in a reporting, systems, or data-focused capacity.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, data structures, and accounting processes.
• Experience with SQL or similar data tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of financial and accounting reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Oversee governance and structure of financial data, including chart of accounts, reporting hierarchies, and account groupings.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate accounting and operational requirements into system-based solutions.
• Design and validate data queries and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis for management.
• Support the preparation and enhancement of recurring internal reporting packages, including leadership-level materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams to prioritize and execute system enhancements, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
• Gather and document business requirements and support system implementations, including testing and user acceptance processes.
• Evaluate and leverage emerging tools and technologies, including automation and AI-driven solutions, to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data integrity, reporting processes, and system functionality.
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes, system changes, and internal controls.
• Work independently while contributing to cross-functional initiatives and team objectives.
