Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a highly skilled Client Accounting Manager with deep expertise in SEC reporting, financial reporting, and technical accounting to oversee engagements for publicly traded and SEC-registered clients. You will manage month-end close, prepare financial statements, and coordinate SEC filings under U.S.

GAAP and SEC regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive SEC filing experience (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, S-3, DEF 14A, and Form 4) and will lead client engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with significant SEC reporting exposure.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Experience with Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and public-company reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounting engagements for public and SEC-reporting companies.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement packages.
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for client management teams, boards, auditors, and legal counsel.
• Provide accounting guidance on complex transactions and technical accounting matters.
