Job summary

Green Key Resources in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst to enhance Finance operations, reporting, and analytical workflows across entities. The role is hands-on, focusing on analyzing financial and operational data, strengthening reporting, resolving exceptions, and supporting process improvements.

You will collaborate across Billing, AR, FP&A, and controls, build KPIs and dashboards, support month-end close, and provide clear recommendations from ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, FP&A, analytics, or financial services.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, validate results, and identify root causes.
• Strong communication, organization, and business-partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Finance workflows across billing, cash application, AR, collections, and payment processes.
• Support month-end close through accurate schedules, reconciliations, and variance explanations.
• Build and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and recurring reports.
• Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis and present clear recommendations.
• Improve processes, workpapers, templates, and reporting packages; support system enhancements and testing.
• Partner across Finance and other teams to resolve data and process gaps and support internal controls.
