Job summary

A leading healthcare solutions company is seeking a strategic Financial Reporting Manager to oversee financial reporting preparation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of public accounting or financial reporting experience in a multinational environment, a strong knowledge of GAAP, and excellent analytical and communication skills. This is a remote role and applicants from any state are welcome to apply. Competitive salary offered between $115,000 and $145,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• 5 years of public accounting and/or financial reporting experience.
• Experience in a multinational environment, preferably publicly traded or private equity.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting package including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flows.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements including footnotes.
• Coordinate reviews and annual audit with external auditors.
