Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Active CPA license or in process of becoming licensed.
• Experience with Big 4 public accounting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare disclosures for 10-Q and 10-K filings.
• Monitor emerging US GAAP standards and disclosure requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors during audits.
• Identify new disclosures and improve current disclosures.
• Document fluctuations in account and financial statement line items.
• Ensure SOX controls design and documentation are compliant.
• Coordinate with external auditors and subject matter experts.
