Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and administrative support to government personnel and leadership.
• Prepare, review, and process financial documents, including Form 9s and MIPRs.
• Track funding actions and financial transactions to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.
• Monitor financial documentation for accuracy and compliance with government procedures.
• Assist with budget tracking, funding coordination, and financial reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with government personnel and departments to support financial operations.
• Provide guidance on financial processes and government systems.
• Support Work Unit Application processes, travel documentation, and related administrative requirements.
• Participate in financial meetings and program coordination activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial tracking, reporting, and administrative processes.
• Prepare financial status updates and reports for government leadership.
