Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or related financial disciplines.
• Experience preparing financial reports and analyses.
• Experience utilizing financial systems, advanced spreadsheet applications, and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and key performance indicators.
• Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational decisions.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to understand business needs and financial results.
• Provide financial recommendations that support informed decision‑making and accountability.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes.
