Job summary

Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Financial Analyst to help leaders understand the numbers through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, partnering with leaders across the organization to evaluate performance and support decisions that move the business forward.

You will dig into the business, build tools and financial models, analyze KPIs, evaluate investments, and improve forecasting processes, delivering insights with visibility and impact in an employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 1–4 years in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting.
• Experience preparing financial reports and analyses.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Create financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
