Job summary

You will collaborate with Financial Consultants and Wealth Planners, using Salesforce and Fidelity tools to educate clients and identify advanced planning opportunities, mentoring teammates along the way.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses or eligibility required.
• Minimum 2 years in financial services or related experience.
• CFP Certification is highly encouraged.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts to build client plans.
• Ability to profile client needs and tailor solutions.
• Committed to building lasting client relationships and advocacy.
• Outgoing mindset to educate clients and uncover opportunities.
• Experience using Salesforce to manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct joint client appointments and deliver personalized financial consultations.
• Mentor and support fellow associates to promote planning excellence.
• Leverage Fidelity tools like Glance to enhance the client experience.
• Build and maintain an organized client contact strategy.
• Collaborate with Financial Consultant or Wealth Planner to develop planning opportunities.
