Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Planning Consultant to deliver personalized financial planning, engage clients, and strengthen relationships through asset consolidation, referrals, and plan implementation.

You will conduct joint client appointments, leverage Salesforce and Glance, mentor associates, and help expand Fidelity's planning services while upholding client commitment standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of financial services or relevant experience.
• FINRA licenses or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
• CFP Certification is highly encouraged.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts.
• Ability to profile clients to identify planning needs.
• Vested interest in building client relationships.
• Motivated to achieve meaningful goals and ownership.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to educate clients.

Responsibilities

• Offer world-class planning experiences and strengthen client relationships through asset consolidation, referrals, and plan implementation.
• Develop an engagement strategy to meet each client’s planning needs.
• Conduct joint client appointments and deliver personalized financial consultations.
• Create and maintain an organized client contact strategy and collaborate with partners.
• Mentor and support fellow associates and expand planning capabilities.
