Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses or ability to obtain Series 66 on hire.
• CFP certification is highly encouraged.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and client profiling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct joint client appointments and deliver personalized financial planning.
• Develop an engagement strategy to meet clients' planning needs.
• Profile clients to identify appropriate planning solutions.
• Mentor and support fellow associates.
• Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage client relationships.
