Job summary

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses are required or their equivalents (63/65).
• Minimum 1 year in investments with knowledge of investment products.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with targets met.
• Ability to set and achieve goals and build client relationships.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long‑term financial goals by building a plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers by needs and assets.
• Mitigate and manage risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients via referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and services offered.
