Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• CPA/MBA/CMA or related certification preferred
• 3+ years finance or related leadership experience
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills
• Ability to influence executive decision making with data analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting for the Joint Reconstruction budget
• Deliver detailed financial reporting to selling leadership
• Support month-end close and SOX compliance during transition
• Develop and evaluate commission structures for Joint Reconstruction
• Build cross-functional relationships to support financial commitments
• Provide strategic financial guidance for ongoing projects
