Job summary

Chrysalis Psychiatry invites a skilled Financial Controller to lead accounting and financial operations in Albuquerque, NM. The role covers reporting, budgeting, revenue cycle, payroll, and internal controls to support leadership decisions.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of accounting experience (healthcare preferred), and CPA is a plus. On-site work with a strong finance team and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experience, healthcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting and internal controls.
• CPA or professional certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, month-end close.
• Prepare timely financial statements and maintain complete records.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning.
• Oversee revenue cycle, payroll, banking relations, and compliance.
