You will own the close cycles, develop budgets, manage cash flow, ensure GAAP compliance, and build an effective finance team as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years in Controller/Accounting Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and monthly close.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations for the company.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Prepare management reporting and executive dashboards.
