Job summary

Stoneridge is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide strategic financial leadership, supporting Global Operations and Procurement. You will build and analyze models, forecast trends, and communicate insights to drive improvements and informed decisions.

In this role, you will prepare budgets, monitor variances, and develop dashboards with Power BI and Tableau. A strong foundation in finance with collaboration across teams is essential for success in Novi, MI.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics tools.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models to analyze historical data, forecast trends, and support decisions.
Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to assess financial outcomes.
Collaborate with departments to gather data for budgeting and forecasting.
Lead preparation of annual budgets for material spend and operational targets.
Create dashboards to monitor financial performance and KPIs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in analysis and reporting.
