Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced financial analyst to drive data-driven insights for mergers and acquisitions and to support decision-making with rigorous modeling and valuation. You will translate complex numbers into clear narratives for executives and partners, guiding strategic investments and integration plans.

You will lead cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and contribute to long-range financial planning aligned with COUNTRY Financial's goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling skills including forecasting, scenario analysis and valuation.
• Experience with financial due diligence and valuation activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to executive and non-financial audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects and influencing decision-making.
• Corporate finance experience or similar background is preferred.
