Kula Example is seeking a Financial Analyst in San Francisco to develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting, and to prepare variance reports for leadership. You’ll analyze business unit performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
Proficiency in advanced Excel modeling and financial statement analysis.
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and SAP is preferred.
CFA Level I certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain complex financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare monthly variance reports and management presentations.
Analyze business unit performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive outcomes.
Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Lead by example and stay updated on industry trends in financial analysis.
