Job summary

Sarnova, supporting Bound Tree’s finance team, seeks a Financial Analyst to develop financial and sales insights, manage reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and build dashboards that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

The role focuses on improving growth, accountability, and financial performance, working with Commercial and Accounting teams to deliver accurate analyses and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerBI experience strongly preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process documentation.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage priorities independently.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus (Dynamics 365).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute performance reporting and metrics to support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with Commercial teams to monitor revenue, margin, and KPIs; provide actionable insights.
• Develop forecasting and analytical models to streamline report management.
• Track monthly KPIs and maintain dashboards and scorecards for sales performance.
• Assist in designing and improving commission models and tracking quotas.
• Conduct territory analysis to support territory design and optimization.
• Coordinate with Accounting on month-end closes and reconciliations.
• Translate complex data into clear tables, visuals, and presentations.
