Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Financial Analyst to deliver planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting for the Commercial Bank team. You will provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and collaborate with leadership on capital stress testing and pricing discussions.

The role requires 5 years of analytical experience, a finance-related degree, and proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint and reporting software.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in an analytical role with ability to manage projects from inception through completion.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, financial reporting software and database management systems.

Responsibilities

Provide finance support including planning/forecasting, variance analysis, product profitability, and reporting to Commercial Bank leaders.
Support capital stress testing, pricing committees, and Asset-Liability Committee with financial results and analysis.
Coach, mentor, or train others as subject matter expert and communicate emerging finance issues to management.
