You will contribute to cost modeling, internal controls, and performance analytics to drive strategic decisions. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of finance principles and GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of finance, financial methods, tools and strategies.
• Ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial data.
• Knowledge of GAAP, local, state and federal regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, reviews, and analyzes reports and data, monitoring for accuracy and completeness and making recommendations for improvement.
• Prepares annual budget and forecasts.
• Maintains and reviews records to ensure compliance with all corporate policies and GAAP, local, state and federal law.
• Performs month-end closing transactions including preparation of key reports.
• Provides requested financial information to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Develops product cost models to support management decisions and cost control.
• Creates tools, models, and analyses that measure KPIs and report to stakeholders.
• Implements proper internal controls to contain costs and increase efficiencies.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives for finance processes and information flow.
