Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a finance professional to compile and analyze financial information, develop integrated expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. You’ll create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure accurate recording of financial data, while identifying trends to inform management decisions.

The role focuses on budgets, forecasts, cost modeling, KPI development, and strengthening internal controls to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, review, and analyze financial reports for accuracy.
  • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Maintain records to ensure compliance with GAAP and policies.
  • Perform month-end closing and key report preparation.
  • Develop cost models and KPIs for management.

About The Opportunity

Compiles and analyzes financial information for our organization. Develops integrated expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to management. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

Essential Job Functions
  • Prepares, reviews, and analyzes reports and data, monitoring for accuracy and completeness and making recommendations for improvement
  • Prepares annual budget and forecasts
  • Maintains and reviews records and data to ensure compliance with all corporate policies and all GAAP, local, state and federal law
  • Performs month-end closing transactions including preparation of key reports
  • Provides requested financial information to key stakeholders
  • Develops product cost models to support management in decision making
  • Creates tools, models, and analyses that measure key performance indicators and report to key stakeholders
  • Implements proper internal controls to contain costs and increase efficiencies
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives for finance process and information flow
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of finance, financial methods, tools and strategies
  • Ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material
  • Knowledge of and ability to use processes, tools and techniques for exploring and evaluating alternative financial scenarios and results
  • Knowledge of the functions, tools and processes needed to manage financial assets and liabilities throughout the organization
  • Knowledge of the methods, processes, and tools for maintaining the books of the organization and preparing financial reports
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting applications specific to the organization
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Primarily works in an office environment
  • If position is location in Neenah, WI, this role will require moderate travel to Philadelphia, PA.
