Job summary

CRH Americas Materials in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Financial Analyst to develop, analyze, and maintain key financial reporting and metrics for company leadership. The role supports monthly cost detail reporting, forecasts, budgeting, and GAAP/IFRS submissions within a corporate finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in general finance and accounting areas or in industry.
• Previous relevant experience in an operations/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly cost detail reporting.
• Coordinate reviews with corporate cost center owners relating to actuals/forecast as needed.
• Submit monthly forecast adjustments/updates in Hyperion planning for corporate entities.
• Preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior management.
• Support Quarterly US GAAP & IFRS reporting submission.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Support annual budget collection, consolidation and review for the corporate entities.
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities to increase productivity that optimizes data efficiency and quality.
