Waste Pro USA in Florida is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own capital tracking, budgeting segments, and post-closing synergy analysis from our Longwood corporate office. You will partner with Divisional, Regional and Corporate teams to drive data-driven financial decisions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA/BBA in Accounting, Finance or Business Admin.
• 7+ years progressive accounting/financial management experience.
• 3+ years in finance/accounting within the Waste industry preferred.
• Ability to manage complex, dynamic situations with strategic priorities.
• Autonomy with ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix org.

Responsibilities

• Develop proformas, perform due diligence and track post-closing synergies for acquisitions.
• Review actual financial data to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Assist in raising capital from debt/equity sources and manage debt facilities.
• Provide insights using process-improvement methods to drive performance.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and debt covenant calculations.
• Collaborate with departments to achieve goals and objectives.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and recommend actions.
• Analyze trends against budget/plan and track KPIs.
