Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a finance professional to join our team in Pasadena, CA. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and producing analyses to support senior management and board presentations.

Responsibilities include cash flow forecasting, project oversight, and participation in due diligence and integration activities related to M&A. You will help improve financial processes and reporting accuracy across internal teams while contributing to ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with a Big 4 Accounting Firm.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Prepare recurring financial reports and assist in developing materials for senior management and board presentations.
• Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and support for capital investment evaluations.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Support financial oversight of projects through tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Contribute to M&A activities, including financial modeling, due diligence support, and integration analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Partner with internal teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
• Assist with internal audit requests and other special projects as needed.
