Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational analyses.
• Monthly compilation of statistical and financial reports.
• Analyze budget vs. actual monthly statements.
• Produce ad hoc reports and analyses for management.
• Extract data from multiple sources for reports.
• Assist in quarterly review of operational bonuses.
• Develop models and analytics for loan portfolio ROI and other outputs.
• Prepare annual budgets for branch, territory and company.
• Aggregate data from multiple systems for cohesive reports.
• Present results and insights from analyses.
• Collaborate with accounting to embed statistics into software.
• Support Director of Accounting and leadership with tasks.
