Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of related work experience; budget development and forecasting.
Healthcare/non-profit accounting experience preferred.
Intermediate Excel; Oracle NetSuite a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes across departments.
Develop budget models, forecasts, and financial projections for planning.
Prepare monthly financial and operational reports with budget-to-actual analyses.
Analyze financial statements, KPIs and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Support annual audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
Create financial models and ad hoc analyses for initiatives and ROI.
Partner with department leaders to monitor budget performance and explain variances.
Monitor capital spending and assist with long-range planning.
Present findings to finance leadership and stakeholders.
