Lakeside Book Company in Owensville, MO is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leaders across the organization, developing financial analyses to support planning, forecasting, modeling, internal controls and business decisions. You will translate financial information into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, cost management and continuous improvement.

You will prepare statements, perform complex analyses, own budgeting and forecasting, and build models and tools

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in accounting/finance in manufacturing with cost accounting and reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex financial issues and propose solutions.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to partner with leaders and communicate insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP and reporting systems experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clear business recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports and other information.
• Perform complex financial analysis of operating results and business plans.
• Own parts of annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain forecasts; evaluate performance and adjust as needed.
• Create financial models and tools to evaluate performance, costs, and working capital.
