Qualifications

• National Service/Reserved programs experience may be considered in evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves financial management issues; provides financial advisory services and prepares cost, budget, and ad-hoc reports.
• Advises program managers, analyzes accounting data, forecasts, monitors progress, and recommends controls over expenditures and internal processes.
• Coordinates data collection for periodic reporting and develops procedural manuals and directives.
• Provides technical assistance in manuals and SOPs; offers training on audit and remediation processes.
