Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required; 63/65 accepted with plan to pass missing series within 60 days.
• At least 1 year experience in the investments industry with product knowledge.
• At least 1 year experience in financial services or a sales role with meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with regulatory due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to plan financial goals and build a plan using brokerage products.
• Triages client needs and refers to internal partners based on assets.
• Meet with clients to review goals, discuss investments, and recommend solutions.
• Provide coaching to referral partners and manage risk as part of daily work.
