Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Strategy Advisor in Charlotte, NC to support advisory teams and strengthen client relationships. The role focuses on updating financial plans, conducting client meetings, and expanding services based on client needs.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in financial services, hold Series 65/ CFP/ CFA, and are organized, coachable, and client-focused. Onsite work Monday–Friday with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within financial services, preferably with an RIA in a client service, advisory support, or similar role.
• Active Series 65, CFP, or CFA required.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• High level of follow-through, organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new financial planning and CRM platforms.
• Must be comfortable discussing and supporting a range of financial products, including annuities.
• Must be willing to work fully onsite in the Charlotte office, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with an established portfolio of client households.
• Support Lead Advisors with ongoing client service, financial planning, and relationship management.
• Update financial plans and ensure client information, goals, and recommendations remain current.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations, including annual in-person reviews and quarterly client updates.
• Answer client questions promptly, provide ongoing support, and maintain consistent follow-through.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional investment, insurance, annuity, and financial planning solutions.
• Collaborate closely with advisors, client service, operations, and new business teams to deliver a high-touch client experience.
