This role emphasizes business development and client onboarding, with compensation tied to performance and no earnings cap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Sales or related field.
• Strong sales aptitude with client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to business development and prospecting.
• Strong desire to educate and guide people through finances.
• Comfort with performance-based compensation and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new prospect contacts through existing relationships, referrals, networking events, social media outreach, community involvement, and warm prospecting.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value of our financial strategies and services.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their financial goals and offering solutions that meet their needs.
• Actively seek out and develop new leads through various channels, personal networking, industry events, community presentations, and persistent follow-up.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first interaction.
• Work closely with our financial planning and portfolio management teams to ensure that the solutions offered align with clients’ financial objectives.
