Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; 7+ years FP&A experience.
• Experience partnering with technology or product teams and executives.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence without authority.
• Experience building credibility with senior stakeholders and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance partner to Product & Technology leaders.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year planning.
• Translate roadmaps into budgets and headcount plans.
• Develop dashboards connecting spend to product outcomes.
• Mentor FP&A analysts and raise the team's standard.
• Collaborate with CPTO, CFO, and executive team.
