This role partners with the Product and Technology department to drive financial planning, analytics, and business partnering practices for a budget of more than $100M, working closely with senior leadership including the CPTO and CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of FP&A or financial business partnering experience, preferably supporting technology, engineering, or product teams.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and executive level communication skills.
• Experience partnering with technical and product teams and influencing without authority.
• Experience mentoring analysts and leading process improvements.
• Preferred: data center or infrastructure CAPEX, software capitalization, headcount planning, and Workday Adaptive Planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the lead finance partner to Product and Technology, informing prioritization and investment trade offs.
• Join planning and roadmap discussions early to raise tradeoffs and risks before commitments.
• Translate roadmaps into budgets, forecasts, and headcount and contractor plans for technical teams.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and multi year planning for the departments.
• Facilitate vendor spend optimization across cloud, hosting, software, and contractors.
• Model total cost of ownership, communicate financial impact to non finance leaders, and build dashboards linking spend to outcomes.
