Job summary

Siegfried Advisory, LLC is seeking a Finance Business Partner to serve as the bridge between SA leaders and TSG Finance. You will drive financial insight, support budgeting, forecasting, and governance, and act as a trusted advisor on growth initiatives and investments.

You will partner with senior leaders, translate business objectives into numbers, and ensure alignment with centralized finance standards while supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or FP&A.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and providing analysis.
• Strong finance knowledge across reporting, planning, and operations.
• Ability to translate financial info into clear insight for non-finance audiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with dashboards/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance liaison between SA leadership and SALT.
• Coordinate finance support across revenue, payroll, GL, FP&A, and close.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with FP&A.
• Ensure governance, controls, and alignment with TSG standards.
• Prepare finance materials for leadership forums and decisions.
