Job summary

NMS Finance is seeking a Finance Business Partner Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for NMS Operations. The role bridges finance and operations, delivering clear communication and driving process improvements with strong analytical skills.

This Alaska-based, remote-friendly role requires 7+ years in finance, leadership experience, advanced Excel, and the ability to work with a distributed team using Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, forecasting, or related roles.
• 2+ years of leadership and supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and planning processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Alaska residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis with NMS leaders.
• Provide timely analysis of financial metrics and explain variances, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and distribute management reporting, forecasting and variance reports.
• Coach and develop direct reports; set priorities and provide training.
• Support Workday Adaptive Planning forecasting and reporting.
• Own project setup, maintenance and structures in Deltek Costpoint ERP.
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting and operations intersections.
• Partner with Accounting during monthly close and annual audit support.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and other special projects as assigned.
