Ideal candidates offer a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 7+ years in financial analysis, and 2+ years of leadership, with strong Excel skills and GAAP know-how. MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in financial analysis, planning or forecasting roles.
• 2+ years of leadership/supervision experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis with NMS leaders.
• Provide timely analysis of financial metrics and explain variances, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and distribute management reporting, forecasting and variance reports.
• Coach and develop direct reports and provide training.
