Printfresh LLC is seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Director of Accounting to lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, and profitability management. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop a 3–5 year financial plan, forecast monthly results, and steer performance across operations.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and a clear communicator who can translate numbers into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting, FP&A, or related experience.
• Experience in a rapidly growing organization.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge.
• Experience with COGS and operational finance.
• Proficiency with accounting software and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication of financial insights to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic financial leadership and growth efforts.
• Manage annual P&L and monthly reporting.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting with operations and leaders.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and banking relations; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors.
