Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance or legal/compliance contexts is valued.
• Strong judgment and pragmatic decision-making in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive multi-stakeholder projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO’s team and leaders on high-priority strategic initiatives and sensitive, highly visible matters.
• Provide practical judgment and strategic support across corporate and business issues.
• Assess complex or ambiguous situations, identify options and risks, and drive decisions and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Finance and other teams, plus external advisors.
• Projects may include corporate transactions, governance matters, operations, and other priorities.
• Take on new challenges as the company’s needs evolve.
• Significant travel will be required for this role
