Job summary

Palantir seeks a Finance Operator in New York to partner with the Chief Financial Officer’s office on high-priority, visible initiatives. You’ll blend strategic thinking with practical judgment to move ambiguous challenges toward execution, coordinating with Finance, governance, and external counsel as needed.

You should be comfortable stepping into unfamiliar areas, handling complex matters, and traveling as business needs require, while delivering clear, trusted guidance to senior leaders

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent required. In-house, law firm, or similar demanding environment experience preferred.
• Strong judgment and pragmatic decision-making for high-stakes business issues.
• Ability to operate across corporate, finance, governance, and regulatory matters.
• Willingness to travel and work with internal/external counsel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO's team and leaders on high-priority, visible initiatives.
• Provide practical judgment and strategic support across corporate and business issues.
• Assess complex situations, identify options and risks, drive decisions and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Finance and other teams and external advisors.
• Include corporate transactions, investments, governance matters, operations as priorities require.
• Take on new challenges as needs evolve.
• Significant travel will be required.
