Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee significant portions of Palantir's Corporate Accounting team and drive transformational improvements across a growing Accounting & Finance organization.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, develop strategies for scalable processes, and ensure high-quality work through a team of accounting professionals. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including at a large international public accounting firm.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership by ensuring high-quality work produced by the team and by supporting one-off projects and initiatives.
• Improve the overall quality and speed of accounting work-product delivery.
• Build and leverage cross-functional relationships across the company to deliver greater value to Finance and other internal teams.
• Exercise sound judgement and ensure that accounting conclusions are documented in reconciliations and technical memos in accordance with current policies and guidance.
• Communicate and present complex topics to leadership in an accessible format while retaining the ability to work at a detailed level as needed.
• Identify, design, and implement technology-enabled process improvements, leveraging internal tools to automate workflows, improve data quality and visibility, strengthen controls, and enable the Accounting team to focus on higher-value work.
