Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead financial and business operations for SOF Systems and Services (S3) programs. You will mentor the finance team, drive process redesign, and serve as the primary finance liaison for strategic initiatives.

You will integrate data, manage budgets, and provide performance reporting while partnering with senior leadership, program management, and customers. This role requires on-site presence and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of experience and education
• 5+ years of related experience
• On-site support as 1st line leader and liaison to senior leadership and customers
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, planning and leadership
• Program finance experience including EVM, forecasting orders/sales/EBIT and profitability reporting

Responsibilities

• Integrating data from various teams to drive business results and manage financial performance for programs
• Managing short and long-range financial and program performance including contracts, orders, sales, profit and cash
• Developing and managing program budget baselines, earned value management, and performance reporting
• Assessing issues, risks, and opportunities and developing action plans
• Interfacing with external customers and internal stakeholders across program management, finance, and operations
• Supporting new business pursuits and developing executable proposals
• Contributing to strategic business case development and financial/operational decisions
• Managing a team of finance professionals including recruitment and performance management
