GEO Reentry Services LLC seeks a capable Business Manager to oversee operations, budgets, and accounting procedures at the facility level. The role covers payroll, purchasing, inventory, and related admin tasks to support the organization's services.

Responsibilities include preparing annual budgets, monitoring staffing and costs, approving financial records, and ensuring accuracy of billing and reporting. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in finance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field and 5+ years in a finance-related role with budget experience.
• Leadership qualities to gain respect of all employees and work cooperatively with management.
• Ability to work with computers and common department software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement operational procedures and policies for the facility.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and advise management of budget status.
• Direct and supervise staff including hiring, evaluating performance, and training.
• Maintain accounting records, billing documents, and financial reporting.
• Oversee payroll, purchasing, inventory, and related support services.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting

Master's degree can substitute for one year of supervisory experience
